Is the chemisette comfortable to wear?

Will I feel the buttons?

Many buttons have been tested to find the ideal button for the chemisette. We use small, shank
buttons with flat, smooth tops so it won't irritate your skin. In fact, the chemisette is so comfortable
that you may forget you have it on.

Will the chemisette lay flat against my skin?
|
If you purchase the correct size, the chemisette will lay flat against your skin without gaping or
bunching.

Will it work it's way up out of my blouse or top?
|
The chemisette is made to move up and down your bra straps so you can wear it at different heights.
However, If you wear it too high, so the bottom edge is just barely tucked under your blouse or
sweater, there is a chance that it will come out as you move around.

Will the outline of the chemisette show through my blouse or sweater?
|
This is typically not a problem. If you are concerned, you can use similar guidelines as above. If the
lines of a bra might be visible, then the outline of the chemisette may be visible as well.This may be
especially true if a blouse or sweater fits very close to the body. If you have purchased a larger size
than needed, there is slightly more chance that the outline will be noticable.

Will the color of the chemisette show through my blouse or sweater?

If a bra would show through the blouse or sweater then there is also a chance that a chemisette will
show through. White and light colors, or ivory and light tans, are least likely to show through another
garment.

Is it hard to attach?
|
The chemisette is very easy for anyone to attach. You are simply pulling an elastic loop around a
button. Even someone with limited dexterity will find it easy to put on or take off.

Is there any chance that it will come undone?
|
There may be a very small chance that it will come undone if you have purchased the wrong size. If
you are wearing a regular size when you need a plus, the elastic may be stretched to its limit. This
could cause the elastic to slip off the button. Likewise, if you are wearing a plus size when you need a
regular, there may not be enough tension in the elastic to keep it in place. However, if the bra strap
rests again the body with little looseness, that alone should help keep the chemisette in place,

What can I do if I am having one of the problems caused by the wrong size?

Send us an email within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to exchange it for another size.
We will send you a new size, along with a prepaid return envelope for you to return the original to us
at no cost to you.

Is quality of construction ever an issue?
|
We sell hundreds of chemisettes with no quality issues. However, each chemisette is hand-crafted.
This means that there may be occasional slips or oversights, such as a button that is too loose. In this
case, you simply let us know and we will send you a new one along with a prepaid return envelope for
you to return the original to us.
