As a business owner, it is very important to me that my customers let me know if you have issues with your chemisettes that
prevent you from wearing them or that prevent them from functioning as explained on our website.
We make every effort to provide a product of the highest possible quality. Because all of our chemisettes are hand-crafted,
sometimes human error occurs. For example, a button may not be sewn on securely. Sometimes, we have to change the materials
we use or a supplier for any number of reasons. For example: The elastic we currently use is more narrow than the elastic used
when we first began marketing our products four years ago.
If you are the recipient of a chemisette with a quality issue, we ask you to give us the opportunity to replace it with one that meets
our usual high quality standards. Simply call or send me an email with the style # and size (found on the care tag and on the back
of package), along with your postal address. We will send out a replacement along with a postage-paid return envelope for you to
return the original.
Occasionally a customer may feel that their chemisette is not functioning the way we promise it will. Please contact us and let us
help. Often times the issues can be resolved with some of the wear tips we provide or by exchanging for another size.
We hope you don't encounter anything like this, but if you do, we apologize for any inconvenience and will appreciate the
opportunity to make things right for you.
