How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

If you are purchasing our products, it is important to be aware that you may be charged

on a number of factors, we do not increase the price of our products to cover these
potential charges. Orders cannot be shipped as gifts to avoid these charges as this is illegal.
We do use the required Customs Form when shipping international orders.
UK Buyers
If you buy goods online from outside the EU for delivery to the UK, you’ll have to pay Customs Duty
(if over £120 value) and Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price (including duties),
though Customs Duty is waived if the amount of the calculated duty payable is £7 or less. Please note
there is also an £8 Parcel Force Fee for collecting the Import VAT.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, via USPS First Class Mail Service.
Wholesale buyers must submit a copy of their retail merchant certificate before your first order will be shipped.
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service. Default service is First Class.
Once your order is shipped, you will received an email confirmation that includes a tracking number.
Check the status of your order.
Go to usps.com.
Click on Track & Confirm
Enter the tracking number received in your shipment confirmation email.
Order Delivery
US Orders Delivery
First Class orders are typically received in 3-5 days.
Priority Mail orders are typically received in 2-3 days.
Express Mail orders are received in 1- 2 days, by midnight of the second day.
International Orders
We use USPS for all of our shipping to keep your sh charges as low as possible. USPS is only able to track shipments up to the point it enters
your country. Using a carrier that can track your package all the way to your door would cost you an additional $20 or more per shipment. You
are welcome to request this service for the additional actual fee. When you place this request we will contact you with the additional shipping
charge. Your order will ship when we receive the payment for the additional charge.
First Class International orders are typically received in 10-14 days.
Priority International orders are typically received in 6-10 days.
Express International orders are typically received in 1-3 business days.
Military Orders
We are happy to ship orders to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to
APO/FPO addresses.
The proper format for a military address is to enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) in the city field, along with "AE" (mail
going to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and portions of Canada), "AP" (the Pacific) and "AA" (for the Americas and portions of Canada) in the
state field. Therefore, the bottom line of overseas military addresses is: APO or FPO; followed by AE, AP, or AA; and then the ZIP Code.
Time has passed and you don't have your order.
For US customers, if usps.com shows that your package has been delivered but you do not have it, please:
• Check with family members, neighbors or others who may have accepted your order if you were unable to receive it.
• Check with your local usps branch office.
