How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
How long will it take for my order to ship? Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, via USPS First Class Mail Service. Wholesale buyers must submit a copy of their retail merchant certificate before your first order will be shipped.
What forms of payment do you accept? Online purchases are currently processed through PayPal. If you prefer not to use PayPal, you can submit your order via email, fax, postal mail, or telephone and pay with credit card, check, or cashiers check. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Can I exchange a chemisette I purchased? All regular-price chemisettes can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Provide the style number and size of the item you wish to receive in exchange, along with your shipping/mailing address. We will process the exchange within 3 business days. If items are out of stock, you will receive an email letting you know the expected ship date.

Clearance items may be exchanged for the same style in another size, provided we still have the desired size in stock. We recommend you send us an email to check stock before returning the original item you wish to exchange.

What if I don't receive my order? You will receive an email confirming shipping date and method. If you live in the U.S., whether you chose to have your order shipped First Class or Priority Mail service, you should receive your order in no more than 3 days from the date of shipment. We use First Class Mail service as our primary shipping method to keep your SH charges as low as possible. Keep in mind, however, that this means there will be no tracking number.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to assure that we have correct shipping information. Sometimes our customers forget that PayPal has an old address and their orders get shipped to that address. Because we're all human, sometimes a customer simply makes a typo when entering the shipping address. We almost always cut and paste shipping information to the label to assure that we don't make typographical errors that prevent a shipment from being delivered.
Because things do sometimes get delayed at the post office, we ask that you give the order 7 days to arrive. If it doesn't, please contact us so we can investigate and take care of it as expeditiously as possible and to your satisfaction.
