To determine your chemisette size, measure the distance between your bra straps, from one inner edge to the other
inner edge (see photo 1). The outer edges of the chemisette should not go on top of or outside the outer edge of the
bra strap. (see photo 2).

The elastic band that loops around the button stretches to allow the chemisette to fit various sizes. The new longer loops will give about a 1/2-3/4 inch leeway. The three photos below help to demonstrate the difference between the three sizes. The first is too small - you see how it pulls the bra straps in. The second is the correct size - it lays flat and smooth without altering how the bra straps lay. The third is too large - you see how it does not lay flat.

Also, if you choose a size that is significantly too narrow, the elastic may not stretch far
enough to allow you to attach it to your bra. If the chemisette is significantly too wide, the
elastic loop could slip off of the button.
