Click “view cart” located at the top right of your browser.
• You will see your product ordered along with the color and sizes you have selected, and total.
• Click on “Proceed To Checkout” button and follow the prompts to place your order.

Most orders are shipped same or next day and shipments go out at approximately 2pm.

You can cancel or make changes to your order by phone or email. If you call and reach our voice mail, please leave your name, request, and phone number. If we have your email address you will receive a confirmation as soon as we process your message.

If your order has already shipped when we receive your request, we make returns and exchanges easy. Click here for instructions.

If a promotional code was not accepted, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are sure the code was entered correctly, the offer may have expired or a purchase requirement not met.

Sometimes technical issues occur.

Contact us by email or give us a call. If your order qualifies for the promotion we will issue a refund through your method of payment.

When ordering online, we are required by law to apply 7% sales tax to orders from Indiana.

We currently accept Amazon Pay, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. We will also accept personal checks with mail-in orders. We are working to add Apple Pay, Google Pay and Visa Pay to our options. We do not accept Money Orders or C.O.D.

Most backorders ship within 7-10 business days.

When an order is placed, the amount is electronically wired to your credit card’s issuing bank. Once they verify that sufficient funds are available, your card is charged. If your order is canceled for any reason, we immediately send the refund request to your credit card’s issuing bank. The amount of time between an order being canceled and the bank posting the refund to your account varies. If you have questions, you may contact us to verify that the refund was processed on our end, and then contact your bank.

When placing an online order using your credit card, please ensure that you have entered the account number as it appears on your card, without any spaces or dashes. In addition, please review the card type that you are selecting. Also, please ensure you have entered all required fields on the order form, including telephone number and email address. We request telephone number and email (see privacy policy) in case we need to contact you about your order.

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number.

All of our orders ship in white poly mailing envelopes. Because they are delivered by the post office, they can sometimes be overlooked when delivered with magazines, ad flyers or other large envelopes.

US Orders
First Class orders are typically received in 3-5 days.
Priority Mail orders are typically received in 2-3 days.
Express Mail orders are received in 1- 2 days, by midnight of the second day.

Military Orders

We are happy to ship orders to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses.

The proper format for a military address is to enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) in the city field, along with “AE” (mail going to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and portions of Canada), “AP” (the Pacific) and “AA” (for the Americas and portions of Canada) in the state field. Therefore, the bottom line of overseas military addresses is: APO or FPO; followed by AE, AP, or AA; and then the ZIP Code.

International Orders
We use USPS for all of our shipping to keep your shipping and handling charges as low as possible. USPS is only able to track shipments until it reaches your country. Using a carrier that can track your package all the way to your door would cost you an additional $20 or more per shipment. You are welcome to request this service for the additional actual fee. When you place this request we will contact you with the additional shipping charge. Your order will ship when we receive the payment for the additional charge.

First Class International orders are typically received in 10-14 days.
Priority International orders are typically received in 6-10 days.
Express International orders are typically received in 1-3 business days.

Our orders are shipped with USPS in white poly envelopes. If the order is delivered with magazines, ad flyers and other large mail, it can be overlooked.

For US and Military customers, if usps.com shows that your package has been delivered but you do not have it, please:

• Check with family members, neighbors or others who may have picked up your mail.

• Check to be sure the shipping address you provided is current and without typos.

• Check with your local usps branch office.

• If you have still not solved the mystery, please contact us for assistance.

For international customers, if you have not received your order after the time stated above, please:

• Check with family members, neighbors or others who may have picked up your mail.

• Check to be sure the shipping address you provided is current and without typos.

• Check with your local postal office. Some countries, most notably the UK, charge VAT on international orders and require that payment before they will deliver your order. For more information about VAT, see our Shipping and Delivery page.
