Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. All regular-price chemisettes come with a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. All we ask is that you let us know why you are returning it so we can use that information in our on-going reviews to improve our product and processes. Chemisettes must be returned with their original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage by buyer.

In the case of an exchange, we do not charge additional shipping to send you the new item. (We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)

Before you return your purchase, please contact us with your concerns. In our experience, we can usually address your concerns so you have a chemisette that you can enjoy and wear confidently.

~ Your exchange or return will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. In the case of a refund, it may take longer for the credit to appear in your account. If you provided an email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

~ If the requested exchange is no longer available, you will receive a refund in the form of your original payment.

If you no longer have your packing slip and cannot access your order number or a copy of your purchase, please be sure to include the following information:

If you are requesting a refund, provide a brief explanation.
If it is an exchange, tell us what you are exchanging for.

Non-qualifying items

Clearance and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
