All we ask is that you let us know why you are returning it so we can use that information in our on-going reviews to improve our product and processes. Chemisettes must be returned with their original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage by buyer.
In the case of an exchange, we do not charge additional shipping to send you the new item. We do not pay for return shipping unless the exchange is needed because of an error on our end.
If you are returning or exchanging because of fit or function, please contact us. In our experience, we can usually address your concerns so you have a chemisette that you can enjoy and wear confidently.
